The planning stage is all about making the build happen. This involves finding the best working plan to achieve great results. From sourcing materials needed for the build, to making sure they are ordered and delivered on time. Keeping an eye on the budget and lock down pricing. Scheduling when you want the build to happen and a timeline for completion.

This may all seem overwhelming, but not to worry, we will be with you every step of the way. We will also take on the responsibility of submitting the permits and filling out all paperwork to be filed with city officials and governing bodies.

This is where we see your vision become a reality. We also find this an exciting time as we see your new home come to life. During this phase we keep you up to date with the progress of the build.
